Premature Ejaculation (PE) occurs when a man experiences orgasm and expels semen soon (within two minutes) after beginning sexual activity, and with minimal penile stimulation. It has also been called early ejaculation, rapid ejaculation, rapid climax, premature climax and (historically) ejaculatio praecox.
